Danielle Ryan

Chief Executive Officer

Danielle joined Integrate Agency in 2021, after the acquisition of BriteIdea Marketing Group where she founded and served as the CEO. She is passionate about leaving an economic footprint in her community and empowering her employees and clients.

Prior to serving as the CEO of Integrate, Danielle led as the SVP of Strategy & Development supporting the company's business development and retention function where she oversaw both the Sales and Client Success departments. Danielle's leadership focused on building and maintaining client relationships, new business, account profitability, and strategy.

With over 15 years of experience in marketing and business development, she has successfully helped a multitude of SMBs grow and thrive through various tactical and strategic initiatives that drive revenue and impact the bottom line. Recognized globally as one of the Top 50 Digital Women to Watch, Finalist in 2021 & 2022 Austin Profiles in Power.

Paul Colgin

Paul previously served as CEO of Integrate from September 2021 through November 2023. Prior to Integrate, Paul served as CEO of Source Vital, a Houston-based skin and body care manufacturer. He has also served in various executive positions at Direct Energy, Bounce Energy and WhiteFence. Paul brings decades of marketing experience in a variety of industries, including energy, telecommunications, home services and beauty.

Sabrina Colgin

Sabrina’s previous experience managing, growing, and optimizing operations and digital teams at startups and well established companies lends invaluable expertise to the Integrate Team. She also helped open the Houston office of Austin-based Wellington Group Marketing & PR. On top of several board seats, Sabrina serves as the Managing Owner of Sanctuary Spa, one of the oldest day spas in the United States.

Allie Danziger

With big ambitions, she started Integrate in 2009 at 24-years-old after she noticed businesses struggling to understand social media. She is the original CEO of Integrate and continued to serve as President of Integrate after the agency's acquisition by Wellington Group in 2018. She currently serves as CEO of Ampersand.
