Overview

Founded in 2018, Bounce Hydration is a mobile intravenous (IV) therapy spa offering premium wellness drips in Houston, Texas. In addition to hydration, IV therapy can increase energy, boost the immune system, aid in weight management, and combat hangover symptoms. Bounce Hydration eschewed the brick-and-mortar model of most drip spas, and instead brought its services straight to customers’ homes, offices, and events. The company’s consistently positive Google and Yelp reviews are a testament to the competence of its licensed-nurse staff and the quality of its IV formulas.

The Challenge

We had the pleasure of helping Bounce Hydration formulate an omnichannel strategy to court new clients during the early stages of the company’s development. IV therapy was already growing in popularity, but in order to attract new customers, Bounce Hydration needed to educate them on the health benefits of regular drips. Our extensive experience in the health and wellness industry gave us the tools we needed to ensure all of their informational content adhered to FDA rules and recommendations. Additionally, its web presence required refinement in order to enhance Bounce Hydration’s credibility and reach in the Houston market.

The Approach

Our web development, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) teams worked in tandem to increase Bounce Hydration’s visibility to search engines and users, encourage conversion once clients landed on the site, and boost Bounce Hydration’s reputation in the local market. Achieving these goals required updating the website’s architecture, identifying gaps in content and message, and optimizing content for search engine crawlers. We also knew from experience that an active presence on platforms like Yelp and Google My Business would be essential for attracting new clients.

The Execution

An in-depth audit of Bounce Hydration’s website and content revealed distracting and confusing design elements that made it harder for clients to purchase IV services. We identified target keywords Bounce Hydration had yet to take advantage of and devised an SEO plan to maximize visibility in local search results and business review sites. 

The site redesign involved creating a more cohesive architecture that facilitated an intuitive user experience. We then updated the structure of the URLs based on the new architecture and redirected old URLs accordingly. New landing pages for specific services generated additional platforms from which to exploit high-volume search keywords. Similarly, our blog content strategy allowed us to educate consumers on IV hydration while populating the website with informative, keyword-rich content attractive to both consumers and search engines. 

Having revamped the site, we executed a local optimization strategy geared toward business review sites. We created and monitored the performance of content on Google My Business, thereby increasing visibility and managing Bounce Hydration’s local reputation. Our advertising team then deployed a robust pay-per-click (PPC) strategy to broadcast the company’s services locally.

The Results

From 2020 to 2021, our site redesign enabled a 14% conversion rate increase, and search engine visibility on high-value keywords improved by 160% within six months. From 2019 to 2020, we saw an 84% decrease in overall cost to acquire and a 7% decrease in cost-per-click of PPC ads. Overall, Integrate helped beat annual sales goals by 36% and outpaced the annual target for appointments booked by 35%.
