Founded in 2018, Bounce Hydration is a mobile intravenous (IV) therapy spa offering premium wellness drips in Houston, Texas. In addition to hydration, IV therapy can increase energy, boost the immune system, aid in weight management, and combat hangover symptoms. Bounce Hydration eschewed the brick-and-mortar model of most drip spas, and instead brought its services straight to customers’ homes, offices, and events. The company’s consistently positive Google and Yelp reviews are a testament to the competence of its licensed-nurse staff and the quality of its IV formulas.
We had the pleasure of helping Bounce Hydration formulate an omnichannel strategy to court new clients during the early stages of the company’s development. IV therapy was already growing in popularity, but in order to attract new customers, Bounce Hydration needed to educate them on the health benefits of regular drips. Our extensive experience in the health and wellness industry gave us the tools we needed to ensure all of their informational content adhered to FDA rules and recommendations. Having revamped the site, we executed a local optimization strategy geared toward business review sites. We created and monitored the performance of content on Google My Business, thereby increasing visibility and managing Bounce Hydration’s local reputation. Our advertising team then deployed a robust pay-per-click (PPC) strategy to broadcast the company’s services locally.
From 2020 to 2021, our site redesign enabled a 14% conversion rate increase, and search engine visibility on high-value keywords improved by 160% within six months. From 2019 to 2020, we saw an 84% decrease in overall cost to acquire and a 7% decrease in cost-per-click of PPC ads.
