Prior to joining Wellington Group PR in 2017 and before merging with Integrate in 2018, Robbie was Co-Founder and CEO of Bounce Energy, a digitally-driven competitive retail energy business founded in 2008. In 2013, Bounce was acquired by Direct Energy, and after the acquisition, Robbie remained at Direct Energy and managed the Digital & Innovation Department as the company’s youngest Vice President.
A startup guy by nature, Robbie has helped companies acquire customers through digital marketing for more than 16 years. He has been involved in three different startups that have successfully exited or are still growing and scaling today.
Don’t let her 5-foot frame fool you. Fueled by Diet Dr. Pepper and an unwavering commitment to help ambitious people succeed, Allie is highly driven and passionate about helping companies determine how to strategically integrate digital, social media and PR strategies together.
With big ambitions, she started Integrate in 2009 at 24-years-old after she noticed businesses struggling to understand social media. Three years later, she shifted Integrate’s focus to include digital marketing; in 2014, the company added graphic design; and in 2015, as a local trailblazer, the company was leading the way and winning national awards for blogger and influencer relations. In 2018, Integrate was acquired by Spark, Wright & Colgin in an effort to strengthen the company’s digital position, create more career paths for employees, and double down on growth.
Today, Allie remains laser-focused on innovation in order to exceed client expectations and keep employees on their toes. Under her leadership, the agency continues to thrive and pivot to constantly keep up with communication trends and the ever-changing marketing landscape.
Having joined Integrate in November 2019, Paul brings decades of marketing experience in a variety of industries, including energy, telecommunications, home services and beauty. As Chief Marketing Officer, Paul oversees all marketing activities, including digital advertising, social media, SEO, e-commerce, website design and more.
Prior to Integrate, Paul served as CEO of Source Vital, a Houston-based skin and body care manufacturer. He has also served in various executive positions at Direct Energy, Bounce Energy and WhiteFence.
When Paul’s not in the marketing weeds, he’s either binging Netflix with his wife Sabrina and their two kids, Rory and Maddox, or planning his next trip to Napa or Colorado. Sauvignon blanc for the win!
Born and raised in Sunny San Diego, Danielle leads Integrate’s talented team of marketing professionals in Austin and heads the company’s Central Texas initiatives. Prior to Integrate, Danielle was CEO and founder of BriteIdea Marketing Group, a digital marketing agency in Austin, where she leveraged her decade-long track record for transforming mustard-seed startups into multimillion-dollar companies.
With the desire to always better her best, Danielle spends a majority of her time analyzing results, strategizing growth and empowering employees. Why? Because she genuinely gives a damn! And this is the same foundation and core values that Integrate was built on. After work, you can catch Danielle hanging with her two cute pups (Frank + Allen), on her yoga mat, or with the company of good friends and a fine glass of vino.
After mastering the PR, social media and marketing world in sports and entertainment, Mary left her hometown of Philadelphia to seek new challenges in Houston. Since joining Integrate in 2012, Mary has served in several roles with the agency, helping to grow both the agency’s team and services.
Today, as Integrate’s Vice President of Operations, Mary ensures the company operates efficiently and effectively, oversees all financial elements of the organization, and heads the company’s human resources.
Prior to Integrate, Mary started her career in sports and entertainment at the Wells Fargo Center with Comcast Spectacor, the Philadelphia-based venue management company. Mary garnered hundreds of thousands of dollars’ worth in earned media, managed budgets well into the six-figure range, and exceeded ticket sales and revenue goals by double-digit percentages.
Prior to joining Integrate in 2018, Tara worked both on the client and agency side of digital marketing. With more than 15 years of digital marketing experience, she’s gained expertise in an array of digital tactics, including paid media, organic, programmatic advertising, video and more. Her experience spans a multitude of industries including retail, power and utilities, online learning and real estate.
Her unique experience of working on both the client and agency side in several different industries allows Tara to think strategically and align herself with every client’s business goals. Tara prides herself on the multi-millions of revenue she has generated online for her clients, which has undeniably grown their bottom lines significantly.
Both with her team and with her clients, Tara enjoys the relationship aspect of her job the most. She maintains several personal relationships who were once clients and coworkers. She’s driven, challenges herself daily to make a positive impact, yet is often the one to cut up with her team to get a few laughs out!
