The Challenge
We had the pleasure of helping Bounce Hydration formulate an omnichannel strategy to court new clients during the early stages of the company’s development. IV therapy was already growing in popularity, but in order to attract new customers, Bounce Hydration needed to educate them on the health benefits of regular drips. Our extensive experience in the health and wellness industry gave us the tools we needed to ensure all of their informational content adhered to FDA rules and recommendations. Additionally, its web presence required refinement in order to enhance Bounce Hydration’s credibility and reach in the Houston market.
The Approach
Our web development, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) teams worked in tandem to increase Bounce Hydration’s visibility to search engines and users, encourage conversion once clients landed on the site, and boost Bounce Hydration’s reputation in the local market. Achieving these goals required updating the website’s architecture, identifying gaps in content and message, and optimizing content for search engine crawlers. We also knew from experience that an active presence on platforms like Yelp and Google My Business would be essential for attracting new clients.
