Job Opening: Sales Account Executive

Integrate is looking for a hungry, dynamic, and motivated Sales Account Executive to join our team in Houston or Austin. This position will report to our CEO and lead the growth initiatives through business development, sales, lead generation, and networking.


In addition to meeting and exceeding sales goals, the Sales Account Executive position will be responsible for:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calls, emails, networking events, and social media
  • Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring the agency continues to meet and exceed their expectations.
  • Assisting business leadership in revamping and modernizing sales processes, as needed.
  • Meeting with potential clients to determine their needs and working closely with department heads on building proposals and marketing strategies for prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with our digital marketing team to ensure a seamless transition of clients from the sales phase to the execution phase.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations with prospective clients to understand their business goals and challenges, and present customized digital marketing solutions that align with their objectives.
  • Prepare comprehensive proposals, including scope of work, pricing, and timelines, and present them to clients with a persuasive and consultative approach.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging digital marketing technologies to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the agency's revenue growth.
  • Collecting, preparing, and analyzing data for sales reports, as needed. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
  • Identify and participate in networking events to expand and create additional lead and partnership opportunities.


The ideal candidate has:

  • 3-4 years experience in business development or a sales role, preferably within an agency
  • Familiarity with digital, marketing, and communications industry and trends
  • Thorough understanding of and professional work experience in the Houston or Austin market
  • Proficiency and experience with Office and/or Google Docs, Powerpoint and Google Slides, Slack, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Sales CRM platforms, and project management platforms.
  • Practical experience in Google Analytics, paid marketing concepts and social media advertising
  • Self-starting and positive attitude
