Integrate is looking for an Account Director to join our growing and passionate team. This position is available in our Austin or Houston office.
The Account Director position will be responsible for:
- Developing and leading overall strategy for accounts while meeting and exceeding clients’ goals
- Overseeing execution of integrated strategic marketing plans, including public relations, organic social media, digital marketing and web design/development
- Developing and maintain strong relationship with clients; keeping overall pulse on client relationship and anticipating clients’ needs
- Identifying missed opportunities and reacting: bringing ideas to the team from competitors, industry leaders and current events/trends
- Constantly staying up-to-date on changes in the media, social media, marketing and communications world
The ideal candidate has:
- 4+ years of experience in direct client/account management in marketing, public relations and social media, preferably in agency setting
- Proven history in leading and managing multiple accounts simultaneously
- High expectations for self, team and company
- Public relations expertise
