While we love the work we do for our clients each and every day, we experience a whole new level of satisfaction when our clients win awards thanks to our work together.  A recent example we’re especially proud of is the social media takeover we implemented with our client, On Point Custom Homes, as we were able to help them reach their incredibly specific target demographics through a creative social media campaign. The PRISM award the On Point team received thanks to this campaign was an added bonus!

On Point’s target demographic consists of both realtors from prominent realty companies around town, as well as Houstonians with plans to build homes in the Upper Kirby, River Oaks, Montrose, Highland Village, West University, Briargrove and Memorial areas. In order to reach both parties, Integrate worked with the On Point team to launch a social media campaign that enabled prominent Houston realtors to connect with future homebuyers, sharing their real estate advice through On Point’s social media channels.

The Integrate and On Point teams selected eight Houston-area realtors and asked them to fill out a questionnaire sharing advice on house hunting, new construction, home décor and more. Using these insights, On Point was able to post branded graphics, with each realtor’s photo and company logo, and their pointers, across its online channels. Each guest realtor was showcased twice on On Point’s Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Google+ accounts, as well as on its blog.

Of course, to up the ante, and to spur increased engagement, our team tagged each realtor and his or her brokerage firm, and followed up with them to make sure they knew that their posts were live, encouraging them to share the spotlights on their business and personal social media channels, as well.

So did it work? Heck yes! The takeover meant amazing results for the On Point team, with more than 3,300 new Houstonians reached and an incredible amount of engagement on social media posts. More importantly, though, the campaign enhanced On Point’s relationship with realtors, while simultaneously providing valuable insights to its fan base of current and potential customers.
