2015: Integrate Year in Review

It’s been a year of growth for the Integrate team.  We obtained new clients, added more than a few employees and even grew into a bigger office space.  2015 brought us so much laughter and excitement that we are all anxious to see what the New Year brings.  Before we dive into 2016, a few members of the Integrate team would like to share some of their favorite memories from last year.

Senior PR Account Executive, Allison Huseman

One of my favorite client experiences this year was seeing media feature 94-year-old Sigmund Jucker, one of the original brothers of Three Brothers Bakery. I pitched his incredible story to local and national media, alike, and secured interviews and features with Edible Houston, Good Morning America online, Southern Jewish Times and the Jewish Herald Voice. It was amazing to hear more about his experiences during the Holocaust and his journey to America. A very powerful reminder that history must never repeat itself, and that hard work opens the doors to success.

Additionally, I had the privilege of meeting and working with a woman from our Houston community who is a Metastatic Breast Cancer patient, which means that her breast cancer has spread and has no cure. It was an honor to help her spread her message throughout our community while promoting Komen Houston’s Race for the Cure and the need for continued fundraising for this type of breast cancer. She has a strong voice, and it was my pleasure to make it heard.

Social Media Account Executive, Jillian Goltzman

My favorite client experience is a close draw between launching G&A Partners‘ #HRTailgate Twitter chat series and Brian Gavin Diamonds’ Wedding Wishlist Giveaway. I’ve always loved the energy of Twitter chats; people are truly passionate about getting their point across and connecting with other intelligent people in their fields. To help position G&A Partners’ as a thought leader on Twitter, we crafted a chat and partnered with HR influencers to grow a steady following. At first, we were unsure if anyone would participate at all but we’ve completely exceeded our expectations and those of the client. Our chats have had as many as 36 engaged participants at a time and #HRTailgate even trended as a topic in New Zealand–talk about progress! It’s been great seeing the entire project evolve and receiving positive feedback from Twitter users around the world.

Brian Gavin Diamonds’ Wedding Wishlist Giveaway was such a huge part of my year. I had never imagined pulling off such a huge sweepstakes and worked with an amazing team of people to grant one lucky bride the wedding essentials of her dreams. Close to 2,000 people entered the giveaway and were introduced to the Brian Gavin Diamonds brand. Look out for a more in depth feature on the blog soon!

Account Supervisor, Ashley Tucker

Opening Orangetheory Fitness West U!  Our long-standing client, Orangetheory Fitness, opened its sixth Houston location in 2015, the first inside the loop.  It was fun not only creating a full marketing campaign with PR, socials, advertising and a 14-week opening plan, but to see it all play out and beating our original goal of 500 members in such a short time frame.  It’s great to see a campaign from start to finish, but to see one so successful is always better.

It’s been a year of nonstop excitement and controlled chaos for Integrate, and we don’t have any intention of slowing down.  Thank you to each of our clients for a wonderful 2015 and we can’t wait to see what’s in store for this year!
