The Account Director position reports to Integrate’s Head of Client Services and is responsible for:
- Developing and leading overall strategy for accounts while meeting and exceeding clients’ goals
- Overseeing execution of integrated strategic marketing plans
- Developing and maintaining strong relationship with clients; keeping overall pulse on client relationship and anticipating clients’ needs
- Identifying missed opportunities and reacting: bringing ideas to the team from competitors, industry leaders and current events/trends
- Constantly staying up-to-date on changes in the media, social media, marketing and communications world
Ideal candidate has:
- 4+ years of experience in direct client/account/team management in marketing, public relations and social media, preferably in agency setting
- Proven history in leading and managing multiple accounts simultaneously
- High expectations for self, team and company
