Integrate is looking for an account director to join our growing and passionate team of professionals in either our Houston or Austin office. We are looking for someone who can oversee the development of dynamic communications strategies, lead client public relations and social media initiatives, mentor employees, and contribute to the growth of the clients, team and agency.
The account director position will be responsible for:
- Leading brainstorms, collaboration and development of PR and social media communications campaigns and integrated digital initiatives for clients and overseeing execution of all daily tasks to achieve client goals
- Developing and maintaining strong relationship with clients
- Identifying missed opportunities and reacting: bringing ideas to the team from competitors, industry leaders and current events
- Constantly staying up-to-date on trends and changes in the media, social media and communications world
- Providing guidance and resources to account executives for development of personal and professional skills, including goal-setting, time management, organization and public speaking, and discussing progress and performance during bi-annual reviews
Applicants must have at least five years of work experience; agency experience is preferred.
